Ever since his time working at Wired magazine, Leyden has deeply appreciated the power of images and graphics and how they can work best with words. He always has access to top graphic designers and often has them directly on staff.
He works closely with a graphic designer to create the slides he uses in his multimedia slide show that provides the backdrop to his keynote talks. The show is constantly being upgraded with new material based on new information and research.
Leyden and his team sometimes help clients create slide decks for talks or company pitches. This was particularly true when Leyden was running Next Agenda, a new media company advancing big ideas through video and other digital media products.
Below you can see a selection of slides from Leyden’s multimedia slide deck that show some of the ways he and the team communicate complex information in a memorable way. Click on each for an enlarged image so you can read it and take in the information. Unfortunately, you can’t see the internal motion of the slides or any transitions – just the final static image.
